1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”), operated by PropT Solutions Inc. (“Vistora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated federally in Canada, operating as “Vistora.” By using the Site or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Vistora

Vistora is building an AI-powered real estate transaction platform for the Ontario market. This Site is a marketing and early-access website. The product is not yet generally available. Information on this Site about features, pricing, timelines, and availability is provided for general information, is subject to change, and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee.

3. Early access

By joining our early-access waitlist, you express interest in being notified about and potentially invited to use Vistora. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, access by any particular date, or access at any particular price; does not create any contract or obligation for us to provide the product to you; and may result in us contacting you about early access and, after launch, occasional updates (which you may opt out of). We may onboard users in waves and at our discretion.

4. The free tools (calculators)

This Site offers free calculators (such as land transfer tax, affordability, and closing-cost estimators) for general informational purposes only. These tools provide estimates, not professional advice. They are not legal, tax, financial, mortgage, or real estate advice, and should not be relied upon for any transaction or financial decision. Tax rates, rebates, lending rules, and other figures change and may not always be current. Always confirm figures with a qualified professional (such as your lawyer, mortgage agent, or accountant) before relying on them. We are not responsible for any decision made based on these tools.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authorization; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or its data; interfere with or disrupt the Site, including through automated tools, spam, or excessive requests; or use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the Vistora name and brand — are owned by or licensed to PropT Solutions Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission, except as needed to use the Site normally.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your personal information, including cross-border storage. Please review it.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and the free tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information or estimate provided is accurate or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PropT Solutions Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or the free tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms or the Site at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario.
